Erwin Santiago Arciniegas is passionate about real estate. He is very dedicated to his clients and enjoys helping them grow their investments, he never settles for anything less than their dream home.

Erwin was born and raised in San Gil, Colombia. He obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and got his first job working for the aqueduct in San Gil. He enjoyed his career, but his mind always wondered what it would be like to live abroad. After saving enough money for his adventure abroad, he followed his dream and decided to take a “sabbatical” year in Toronto. He then had a job opportunity to work in a construction company in Spain and moved there for two years, where he had the freedom to travel around Europe. While he enjoyed his time in Spain, he really wanted to return to Toronto as he had many fond memories of TO. He decided to move back to Canada and started a carrier as an Environmental Engineer. He obtained his professional engineering accreditation (P.Eng) and worked for some of the biggest engineering consultant companies in the country as well as the Federal Government of Canada. Returning to Canada, he met the love of his life and started a family with two handsome active boys who also share his interest in real estate.

Erwin has always had a passion for real estate and architecture from when he was a child. Always wanting to follow his dream, he had the opportunity and made it a reality. Erwin is very enthusiastic in providing guidance to his clients; he puts his heart into his business and goes above and beyond for his clients. He loves what he does, and it shows.
